How far can you get in 3 months with 1,3 million NOK in funding and daily coaching by Norway’s top entrepreneurs? Let’s find out.
StartupLab and Telenor are introducing Catalyst, a 3-month intensive accelerator program, where we bring six leading tech startups together to accelerate their way to their first customer.
The selected startups will get immediate access to NOK 800.000 in a convertible loan from StartupLab and Founders Fund for a targeted conversation into a 7,5 % ownership.
In addition to this, the participants can qualify for up to NOK 500.000 in grant from Innovation Norway upon starting the program. This is a phase two grant with immediate approval - but is not guaranteed for all participants.
You will be given a personal and dedicated coach with international experience that will follow up with you closely on a weekly basis. In addition you can choose from more than 50 mentors and get access to their network. This will ensure intensive and individual coaching to improve the time to market.
There will be weekly program sessions where you work together with your coach and other startups to solve the challenges you are facing. International and national mentors will give you access to valuable advice and support.
Increase the pace and reduce the time to market by securing critical hires in order to build an optimal team. Get customers and end-users that stick with the product. Through this, you will effectively lay the foundation for future founding.
StartupLab has four years experience with working with the best of the best of Norwegian startups. The StartupLab model is to attract the best startups to become members of StartupLab, and then work closely with the startups over a period of/for 2-4 months before investing.
The Catalyst Accelerator Program is a pilot project where we are trying out a new model together with Telenor. The objectives for the accelerator program is to increase the pace and reduce the time to market by securing critical hires in order to build an optimal team.
The goal is to see if this can be a supplementary model for StartupLab in the future, where we can speed up the time-to-market process for our startups. At the same time we also want to attract startups that are not located in Oslo but can relocate to Oslo for three months
